I haven't been looking at this for a while, but will keep it mind after I'm finished the various projects I'm trying to complete now. I'm still very interested in InputEx, though the rendering engine (i.e. whether the output is in tables, divs, labels, etc) needs to be made plugable/configurable somehow to make it really useful.

Hi David, thank you very much for your contribution!!

I don't know if you're still working on the topic, but I was wondering if you were planning to improve the widget as you said in the post. In case, I think that you should add the possibility to pinpoint the chosen location, rather than leave it bond to the center of the map as it is now.

I added your MapField on the inputEx SVN trunk. It will be available in the next release.
I just applied some very minor changes so it could work with the changes we've made on the 0.2.1 version.

Thanks for this awesome field :)
